Are you an athlete looking for sports-specific conditioning to outlast your competition?
Are you a recreational sports participant thinking about taking on a new challenge like running a half-marathon, completing a tough mudder, or joining a tennis league?
Are you a devoted exerciser looking for a regularly updated and challenging fitness program?
Exercise coaching is designed for those with a specific goal in mind who have mastered exercise adherence through regular physical activity.
Although a very small percentage of the population is this type of exerciser, you know who you are. You are driven, goal-oriented, and genuinely enjoy the intrinsic rewards of exercise, sports participation, and/or athletic competition.
As your exercise coach, I will be your partner in your athletic, sports, and fitness goals.
I will design a goal-specific strength and conditioning program that complements your chosen activity and tests your fitness level. Depending on your goals and needs, this can be accomplished in a few sessions.
Fee Per Hour:
In-Home/Gym in Boston: $100
