Top U.S. Obstacle Races drew 26,000 in December

Leading obstacle races attracted 26,000 participants in December to wrap up the season. An estimated total of 443,000 signed up for obstacle races in the second half of the season.

The World’s Toughest Mudder in New Jersey marked the end of the obstacle race season.

Roughly 1,000 of the top finishing Mudders took part in the race, striving to complete as many laps possible in 24 hours. Each lap covered 10 miles and 40 obstacles. (more…)
