Which Shake Are You?

Now that a couple studies have touted Chocolate Milk as the ideal recovery drink after a vigorous training session, it’s easy to forget the drink avid exercisers and athletes relied on for so long: the post-workout shake. Super Spartan & Warrior Dash draw 14,000 in single-day event

Roughly 10,000 signed up for Warrior Dash – Oklahoma, while 4,000 registered for the Super Spartan in Staten Island Saturday. Massachusetts hosted the Rugged Maniac and Chicago the Metro Dash on the same day.

Opening Bell: Tough Mudder & Warrior Dash combined draw up to 59,000 over the weekend

The Warrior Dash held two obstacle course races this weekend: a single-day event in Tennessee and a two-day event in Wisconsin. Up to 25,000 fans and runners for were expected in Tennessee, while 14,000 were registered for Wisconsin. (more…)
